Donny Eidson

Donny Eidson has extensive experience in fraud prevention and operational support, beginning with a role as Runner Support at Favor Delivery, where mentorship and market launch assistance were key responsibilities. As a Fraud Specialist at Favor Delivery, effective monitoring of payment processing systems led to successful coordination with law enforcement on fraudulent cases. Donny served in the Army National Guard as a Signals Intelligence Analyst, providing disaster response training and helping during severe flooding in Texas. This role was preceded by a similar position in the US Army, contributing to physical security improvements through data analysis and mentoring junior analysts. Additionally, Donny held multiple roles at Apple, focusing on fraud prevention across various platforms, and currently serves as Technical Lead and Fraud Operations Team Lead at Twilio. Donny holds a Bachelor of Science in Data Analytics from Southern New Hampshire University, completed in 2023.
