Emma Coll

Emma Coll is a seasoned professional in organizational effectiveness and human resources with a diverse background in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness at Twilio since October 2023, Emma previously led HR PMO and talent management programs at Cloud Software Group from October 2022 to October 2023, while also participating in initiatives related to Environmental, Social, and Governance reporting with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Citrix from September 2018 to October 2022, where Emma managed employee listening programs and change management initiatives while driving DEI analytics. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a concentration in Research from the University of Connecticut.
