James Tabron, a CISSP-certified expert in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), has over six years of experience in the field. Currently, they serve as the Director of Software Engineering at Twilio, where they lead all operations for the Marketing Campaigns product. Previously, James held various roles, including Senior Software Engineering Manager at Twilio and Security Compliance Analyst at SendGrid, where they managed SOC 2 Type II attestation efforts and developed risk assessment frameworks. James earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems from Indiana University Bloomington.
