Jo Terryn

Jo Terryn is an experienced Talent Partner at Twilio, specializing in student, apprentice, and graduate hiring across the EMEA and APJ regions since September 2020. Responsibilities include leading recruitment for R&D, GTM, and G&A roles, managing the hiring process for India, and driving hiring plans while ensuring diversity and competitiveness among early-career talent. Prior to Twilio, Jo worked as a recruiter at Amazon, where contributions included managing student recruitment in Luxembourg and Germany, and achieving significant hiring targets. Jo's career also includes experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at DXC Technology and a recruitment consultant at Ariad, alongside various roles in HR and marketing. Jo holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from KU Leuven and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Organizational & Industrial Psychology.
