Jude Andre

Jude Andre is a strategic legal leader currently serving as Senior Counsel, Product and Commercial at Twilio. With a diverse background in engineering and law, Jude has held roles such as Associate General Counsel and Sr. Director, Associate General Counsel at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where responsibilities included advising C-level executives and managing complex legal matters across multiple business units. Jude holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, as well as a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center.
