Mia Cui

Mia Cui is a Senior Sales Systems Engineer at Twilio Inc., where experience includes Salesforce development since July 2019. Prior to Twilio, Mia worked as a Salesforce Developer at the University of California, Berkeley, contributing to the UC Berkeley Intellectual Property and Industry Research Alliances from April 2018 to April 2019. In this role, Mia created a Salesforce Admin Request Handler that automated various housekeeping tasks. Additionally, Mia served as a Salesforce Business Analyst at SNAP Business Intelligence from October 2016 to December 2017, where responsibilities included gathering requirements and implementing configuration changes, as well as managing data consolidations and legacy system migrations. Mia holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, completed in 2019, and graduated from North Raleigh Christian Academy in 2015.
