Michael Deitch

Michael Deitch has extensive experience in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Senior Managing Counsel at Twilio since April 2022. Prior to this role, Michael held positions as Senior Counsel and Corporate Associate at Gunderson Dettmer and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, respectively, where responsibilities included various legal advisory and transactional tasks. Michael began the legal career with an internship at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Michael holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Fordham University School of Law and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Structural Engineering from Villanova University.
