Paul Wheeler

Paul Wheeler serves as the Regional Vice President of North American Carrier Relations at Twilio, where leadership of a skilled team focuses on expanding A2P and business messaging channels across the Americas, managing supply side operations for the US, Canada, and LATAM. Additionally, Wheeler holds the position of Vice President Industry Development at Zipwhip and is recognized as the President of Think Right Systems Management, Inc., a consulting firm aiding mobile engagement and telecom companies. As Chairman of the Mobile Content Council for the Canadian Telecommunications Association, Wheeler contributes to industry leadership.
