Ricky Holtz

Ricky Holtz is a Senior Manager of Developer Advocacy at Twilio, having relocated from Berlin, Germany in June 2024 to lead the Developer Advocacy team. Ricky's tenure at Twilio began in October 2017, during which significant contributions included the development of the Twilio Dev Phone, successful hiring and team development initiatives, and ownership of developer content for Twilio Flex. Prior experience includes various engineering and educational roles at organizations such as HEAVY.AI, MagicBus, UC Berkeley, Salesforce, Nickelodeon, and the University of Connecticut. Ricky holds a Master’s Degree in Information Management and Systems from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Connecticut.
