Scott Gordon is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Global HRBP Leader at Twilio since May 2025, Scott supports the chief product officer and their global teams in product, engineering, and R&D. Prior to this, Scott held several key positions at Workday from February 2018 to May 2025, including VP of Enterprise Transformation & Org Effectiveness and VP of HRBP & Org Effectiveness, leading significant organizational transformations in partnership with various departments. Scott's career also includes impactful roles at GE Digital from March 2013 to February 2018, where responsibilities included leading HRBP teams and managing M&A activities, as well as foundational HR roles at GE and Electronic Arts. Scott holds a Master's degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from the University of Oklahoma.
