Sy Dimitroff

Sy Dimitroff has extensive experience in human resources and operations, highlighted by leadership roles at notable companies such as Twilio, Uniphore, Doloris Petunia, and Fitbit. At Twilio, Sy served as VP of People Services and Innovation, overseeing a global services team focused on various areas including AI and workforce planning, and later led the company's global workforce expansion strategy. Prior to Twilio, Sy held a senior director position in global HR operations at Fitbit, where responsibilities included building HR functions related to employee support and compliance. In addition to experience in HR, Doloris Petunia was shaped under Sy's leadership as COO, focusing on creating a modern aesthetic in the flower girl market. Sy holds a B.A. in English Literature and an MBA in Marketing and Organizational Behavior from the University of Colorado Boulder.
