Rashika Sethi is a Senior Consulting Analyst at Twimbit since August 2021, specializing in customer experience (CX) benchmarking for banking and insurance products, where significant achievements include developing CX frameworks and conducting extensive research across Indian and APAC markets. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Analyst at Twimbit, leading CX benchmarking reports, and supporting the UK India Fintrade client, as well as serving as a Research Associate at Global Policy Research Foundation, where in-depth analysis aided Indian Members of Parliament.
