Twin Cities Blind Sailing (TCBS) is dedicated to empowering blind and visually impaired sailors by providing opportunities to learn, sail, and compete on the water. Through hands-on training, adaptive techniques, and local sailing events, TCBS fosters independence, teamwork, and a passion for sailing.
