Bill's educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Texas A and M HSC College of Medicine, obtained in 2014, and a Master of Arts in Biology from Baylor University, completed in 2009. Bill also earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Baylor University in 2007.
