In 2011, the Kansas City Business Journal ranked Twin Lakes Insurance as on of the top 25 Independent Insurance Agency, based on written premium, in the Greater Kansas City area.  In the same locale, and for the same time period, Ingram's Business Magazine identified the agency as one of the top 25 largest agency, by premium.  In the past 15 years a number of Insurance Industry commendations and awards have been received for growth, profitability and service.
