TWIN ✦ is a full-service, fractional executive group for beauty and beauty-tech brands, built to take a brand from 0 to 1: from formulation to brand world to digital and physical shelves.

We are not a PR firm, a branding agency, or sales consultants. We are the senior executives a brand could otherwise only access by hiring in-house: creative, branding, communications, marketing, and commercial leadership, with the go-to-market strategy and execution to match.

Our core team built their careers inside the houses that define modern beauty, including LVMH, L'Oréal, Estée Lauder, COTY, and Amorepacific, and has led widely recognized launches for brands including Ulike, Glow Recipe, Fresh, Philosophy, Bobbi Brown, LELO, INTIMINA, and FOREO. Together we have delivered sell-out performance across digital and physical channels in short sprints and taken brands 0-to-1 in the North American market.

That experience comes with rigor: deep working knowledge of FTC, FDA, and MoCRA compliance, so claims, formulations, and packaging are retail-ready from day one. Our commercial leadership spans three decades of prestige retail, beginning with launching the beauty category at Nordstrom in the 1990s, and carries established relationships across Nordstrom, Sephora, Bloomingdale's, Bergdorf Goodman, Blue Mercury, Revolve, Urban Outfitters, THG, and Ulta, as well as Best Buy, Target, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Costco, and Sam's Club.

We build the brand world and digital footprint, run full-funnel marketing and communications, and open the doors to retail. One team, one standard, guiding you from launch day to your first purchase order.

Incorporated December 2025. Quietly building. Official launch coming soon!
