The Franchise Growth Partner

Twine Growth helps ambitious businesses become successful franchise networks and established franchisors grow with confidence.

We're not a franchise consultant or marketing agency.

We're The Franchise Growth Partner.

The difference is simple.

Everything we help our clients build, we've built ourselves.

Co-founder Ryan Eccleston and his wife Ashley built Bespoke Foil Company from a spare bedroom into a successful business before creating the Memory Catcher franchise network. Ryan led the complete transformation, from franchise strategy and brand development through to systems, recruitment and launch.

Co-founder Mark Preston built and scaled a white label digital marketing franchise to more than 50 franchisees before successfully exiting the business. He then spent almost a decade as Head of Organic Growth at Hakim Group, helping scale one of the UK's largest independent optician groups from around 60 practices to more than 500.

Together, we've experienced the realities of building businesses, creating franchise systems, recruiting franchisees and supporting long-term growth.

That experience shaped our Five Fibre Framework™.

1. Assess your franchise readiness.
2. Build the brand, systems and infrastructure.
3. Launch your franchise successfully.
4. Grow your network sustainably.
5. Amplify local franchisee growth.

Whether you're exploring franchising for the first time or looking to strengthen an established franchise network, we become part of your team, helping you build the foundations needed for sustainable, long-term growth.

If your business already works in one location, let's explore whether it could work in many.
