Linas Vitkus

Linas Vitkus, PE, GE, has been involved in construction projects throughout California for his entire professional career of over 20 years. Linas’ experience includes geotechnical subsurface investigations, forensic investigations, laboratory testing, materials inspection, and project management. Linas has acted as project manager, technical supervisor, or project executive for many of Twining’s most significant projects, including schools, universities, hospitals, and high rise structures. In addition, Linas provides guidance, leadership, and oversight of the other project managers and is responsible for corporate oversight of the operations of Twining’s network of offices/laboratories.
