Mark Feighner

Mark Feighner is an experienced professional in the fields of construction quality assurance and inspection, currently serving as a Combination Inspector and Plan Reviewer at SAFEbuilt since April 2021. Prior roles include Executive Director of Quality Assurance and Director of Quality Assurance at Modments Mfg. Co., where responsibilities encompassed both commercial build-outs and quality consultation for modular building programs. Mark's extensive background also includes roles as a Construction Quality Manager with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, with a focus on plan reviews and building code enforcement. Additional experience includes building inspections with the City of Kyle and Grand County, as well as supervisory positions in retail and furniture design. Mark holds an Associate degree in Business from Aims Community College and has a solid grounding in both practical and regulatory aspects of construction.
