Chief Customer Officer at Twinkl Educational Publishing

Leon Smith started their work experience as a Classroom Teacher at St. Gregory's Catholic Primary School from January 2011 to August 2014. Leon then worked as a Year 3 teacher at Rivelin Primary School from September 2014 to April 2015. Leon joined Twinkl Educational Publishing as a Teacher Support Adviser in November 2015 and was promoted to Teacher Support Manager in May 2016. From July 2017 to February 2018, they served as the Head of Customer Relations at Twinkl. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Customer Officer at Twinkl since February 2018.

Leon Smith attended Sheffield Hallam University from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and Youth Sport. In 2009, they later pursued their further education at Liverpool Hope University where they earned a Postgraduate Certificate in Education with distinction in the field of Primary Education.
