Sioned Beamer

Sioned Beamer has extensive work experience in the education and publishing industry. Sioned started their career as a Basic Skills Teaching Assistant at Conwy County Borough Council in 2010 and worked until July 2012. Sioned then became a Teacher at the same organization from September 2013 to January 2019. In March 2019, Sioned joined Twinkl Educational Publishing as a Content Editor. Sioned later transitioned to the role of Wales Product Owner in August 2019. From August 2019 to January 2023, they held the position of Wales Country Manager. Currently, Sioned holds the role of Head of Product at Twinkl Educational Publishing.

Sioned Beamer's education history begins with their A-Levels studies in Geography, Physics, and Maths at Eirias High School from 2004 to 2006. Sioned then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography at The University of Sheffield from 2006 to 2009.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Sioned attended the Institute of Leadership and Management in 2010, where they obtained a Level 5 Award in Management, focusing on leadership and management skills.

In 2012, Sioned enrolled at Bangor University to pursue a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with a specialization in Primary Teaching. Sioned completed their PGCE program in 2013 and became a qualified teacher with the obtainment of Qualified Teacher Status from the Education Workforce Council/Cyngor y Gweithlu Addysg.

Throughout their educational journey, Sioned has acquired additional certifications. In 2010, they obtained the Level 5 Award in Management from the ILM.
