Max Bauermeister

Max Bauermeister has a wealth of experience in the business world. Starting in 2009, they worked in marketing at Betfair. In 2010, they moved to Groupon UK & IE, where they worked in staffing/branding. From 2013 to 2015, Max worked as a Management Consultant at Drozak Consulting (now PwC), focusing on procurement, supply chain, product cost & business performance. In 2015, they joined wefox as VP People, where they scaled the company from 20-150+ employees in two years. In 2018, Max became Co-Founder I CRO I Shareholder of Kenjo (formerly OrgOS), where they headed up Commercial (incl. Sales & Business Development). In 2020, they became Owner & Managing Director of Bauermeister Ventures, providing strategy and fundraising advisory. Additionally, they are Co-Founder & CEO of twinwin.

Max Bauermeister attended King's College London from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Organisational Analysis.
