Andre Baxter

Andre Baxter is an experienced professional in the field of biomolecular engineering, currently serving as a Production Quality Engineer at Twist Bioscience since December 2016. Andre has progressed through various roles at the company, including Quality Control Specialist positions and Manufacturing Associate I, where responsibilities included performing molecular biology workflows and managing the manufacture and analysis of custom gene products. Prior to this, Andre worked as a Lab Assistant at The Mice Groups, Inc. and participated as an Undergraduate Researcher with the UCSC International Genetically Engineered Machine Team, contributing to projects involving fermentation pathways and enzyme activity in high saline environments. Andre holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomolecular Engineering from the University of California, Santa Cruz, completed in 2016.
