Benjamin Tan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and operations within the biotechnology sector. Currently serving as Customer Support Supervisor for the APAC region at Twist Bioscience since August 2019, Benjamin is responsible for team development, workflow optimization, and compliance with company policies. Prior to this role, Benjamin excelled as a Senior Customer Support Specialist at Illumina, managing customer accounts and ensuring order accuracy in Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing.
