Linya Wang, PhD

Linya Wang, PhD, currently serves as Senior Staff Scientist and Head of Cell Biology at Twist Bioscience since June 2020, leading multiple projects in immune-oncology and immunology, managing a team and driving projects to pre-clinical phases. Wang holds a leadership role as President of the Bay Area Taiwanese Biotech Association, promoting the biotechnology community. Previous positions include Business Development Manager at AbVision Inc. and various research roles focusing on antibody drug discovery. Wang earned a PhD in Medical Microbiology and Bacteriology from National Taiwan University and has a strong background in research and development, evidenced by contributions to multiple patents and innovative platforms in antibody discovery and cell biology.
