Malcolm Mathie

Malcolm Mathie is the founder and director of twisted loop, where they focus on helping businesses and investors grow through data and AI adoption. With over 25 years in IT consultancy, they have worked with IBM, Mudano, and start-ups across roles in delivery, advisory, and management. Previously, Mathie served as Head of Delivery at bigspark (2023–2024) and as a Delivery Manager at Mudano (2018–2023). Earlier positions included an Advisory IT Specialist at IBM Netherlands (2006–2010) and a Managing IT Consultant at IBM (2010–2017), as well as an Industrial Trainee at IBM UK (1998–1999). Mathie earned a BEng in Mathematical Engineering from Loughborough University (1996–2000).
