Thomas Chow has a long and impressive work history, beginning in 2008. Thomas started as a Coop at L-3 Communications: Link Simulation & Training, where they developed, reviewed, and incorporated functional requirements to deliver an end-to-end solution for networked F/A-18 trainers. Thomas then moved up to Software Engineer I, where they specialized in the interoperability of F/A-18 trainers by developing middleware software supporting High Level Architecture (HLA). Thomas was then promoted to Software Engineer II, where they developed, reviewed, and incorporated functional requirements to deliver an end-to-end solution for networked F/A-18 and EA-18G trainers. After this, they were promoted to Senior Software Engineer, where they managed engineers as an IPT lead for an F/A-18 program and guided engineers through multiple software development phases of program (waterfall), as well as ported and upgraded middleware software to GCC 4.

In 2013, Thomas Chow moved to Cowboy Chrome as Director, where they migrated accounting software from Thoroughbred to Quickbooks Premier 2013, created wholesale linesheets for sales reps using Adobe InDesign, and entered sales orders and purchase orders and kept track of AP/AR within Quickbooks.

In 2014, Thomas Chow founded Genesis Vape, where they setup an entirely cloud-based system between online sales, accounting, inventory management, and order fullfillment. Thomas also setup social media and e-commerce website.

Finally, in 2015, Thomas Chow moved to Twisted X Global Brands, where they served as Chief Information Officer and Director of IT. In this role, they analyzed and improved operational processes within the areas of logistics, accounting, customer service, marketing, and IT. Thomas also developed technical and process improvements to increase warehouse order volume by an average of 59% YOY. Additionally, they researched, onboarded, and provided ongoing support for EDI trading partner relationships with 20+ retailer trading partners, accounting for > 50% of total order volume and > 30% total revenue, annually.

Thomas Chow attended Baylor University from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering. Thomas then attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Computer Science and Engineering with a focus on Networks and Software Engineering.
