William DePaso

William DePaso has a diverse and extensive work experience in the medical field. William has served as the Chief Medical Officer and a Physician at Twistle since November 2015. Prior to that, they held the position of Instructor in Sleep Medicine at the University of Washington Physicians Assistant School from March 2003 to March 2016.

William'stenure at Virginia Mason Medical Center includes roles such as Associate Medical Director, Center for Health Care Solutions (September 2010 - July 2015); Deputy Chief, Department of Medicine (September 2002 - July 2015); and Section Head, Sleep Disorders Medicine (June 2001 - July 2015).

William has also worked as a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Washington - School of Medicine from October 1990 to July 2015.

William'sexperience at Valley Internal Medicine, Inc., from October 1990 to June 2015, includes serving as an Executive Committee Member and as a Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Physician until June 2001.

In addition, William DePaso has held leadership positions at Valley Medical Center as Chief of Staff (August 2000 - June 2001) and Director of Respiratory Care and Pulmonary, Exercise, and Sleep Laboratories (October 1992 - June 2001).

William also served as the Medical Director of the Highline Sleep Disorders Center from August 1998 to June 2001.

Earlier in their career, they were a Board Member and Chair of the Quality/Utilization Committee at Unified Physicians of Washington from August 1995 to August 1998, as well as the Founder and President of Valley Physicians Organization from August 1992 to August 1998.

William DePaso began their professional journey as a Fellow in Pulmonary and Infectious Diseases at Virginia Mason Medical Center and the University of Washington from October 1988 to October 1990. William then pursued a Bachelor's of Science degree at Penn State University from 1975 to 1977, continuing their focus on Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies. Finally, from 1977 to 1981, they attended The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, where they obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) in the field of Medicine.
