Chris Allison is the Director of User Experience Research at Twitch, where they are currently building a research team and championing human-centered design. With a strong background in mixed-methods research, Chris previously held positions at Twitch as a UX Researcher, Senior UX Researcher, and UX Research Manager from 2017 to 2019. Their earlier experience includes serving as a User Experience Architect at The Advisory Board Company, where they led user research and usability testing for a product redesign. Chris also took a sabbatical in 2016 to focus on personal growth, family, and travel, before continuing their career in user experience strategy.
