Janice Kim

Janice Kim is a seasoned UX and product designer with extensive experience in the tech and media sectors. Currently serving as a Senior UX Designer at Twitch since August 2025, Janice previously held the role of Senior Product Designer at The Washington Post from December 2022 to August 2025. Prior to that, Janice worked at Northwestern Mutual as a Product Designer from March 2020 to December 2022 and began in the field as an Associate Product Designer. Additional experience includes positions at Fable Health, GGLeagues, Constellation Brands, and MISSHA. Janice's earlier work involved global marketing roles at INNOCEAN Worldwide and Cheil Worldwide. Janice holds a Bachelor of Humanities and Arts from Carnegie Mellon University and completed a program at Flatiron School in 2019.
