Lisa Muñoz

Lisa Muñoz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for Culture and People Development at Twitch since July 2020. In this role, Lisa manages global leadership and manager development programs and oversees coaching initiatives, employee onboarding, and the design of various learning solutions. As a Learning & Development Consultant since September 2018, Lisa offers personalized consulting services that include learning needs analysis and instructional design. Prior experiences include roles as a Talent Management Consultant at Rodan + Fields, Senior Director of Learning at Education Pioneers, and Manager of Learning & Development at 24 Hour Fitness, among others. Lisa holds a Master's Degree in Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics, both from San José State University.
