Olivia Dully

Olivia Dully is a dedicated Program Manager on the People Engagement & Performance team at Twitch, where they enhance the employee experience through initiatives like the Global New Employee Orientation Program and the Mentorship program. Olivia began their career in University Recruiting roles at Workday and Airbnb before pivoting to talent development at Twitch, where they have worked for nearly four years. They are also a co-lead of the Access-Ability Guild (ERG) and have a passion for creative pursuits such as baking, painting, and music. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
