Oscar L. is currently the Unity Guild Leader for the Hispanic/LatinX Guild at Twitch, where they foster diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging among content creators. Previously, Oscar served as an Analyst in HR Operations at Tesla, overseeing I-9 federal compliance, training, and global HRIS administration. They also held various roles in HR and training operations at MGM Resorts International and Pinnacle Entertainment, where Oscar facilitated learning programs and managed multiple Learning Management Systems. Earlier in their career, Oscar worked as an HR Learning Coordinator at Goodwill of Orange County and as a Youth Employment Specialist and Case Manager at Goodwill of Southern Nevada.
