Jonathan founded Service Portfolio Solutions, specializing in aligning IT with business needs through service catalogues. With a background that spans over three decades, including pivotal positions at BP where responsibilities included IT infrastructure management and service continuity planning, Jonathan possesses a solid foundation in both technical and managerial aspects of IT. Jonathan holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham.
