Iain Sexton

Iain Sexton currently serves as Corporate Development Lead at Two Circles since April 2024. Prior to this role, Iain held the position of Manager in the Corporate Advisory team at Shore Capital Markets from July 2021 to April 2024, providing investment banking services to listed companies, including small and mid-cap corporate clients. Iain's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Associate in London Audit at PwC from September 2017 to July 2021, focusing on audits for FTSE 100 clients in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, natural resources, and telecoms. Iain began at PwC as a Summer Intern in June 2016. Iain holds the ACA qualification from ICAEW and earned an MA Hon in Economics from The University of Edinburgh, alongside achieving A Levels in Maths, Economics, and History from St John's School Leatherhead.
