Matt Ede

Matt Ede is a seasoned professional in strategy and communications, currently serving as Strategy Director at Two Degrees Below since July 2023. Previous experience includes a tenure as Partner at ICF Next from October 2018 to July 2023, where focus areas included Strategy, Transformation, Communication, and Employee Experience. Prior to that, Matt held multiple roles at Vista - Communications Agency, including Strategy & Content Director and Head of Consultancy, from February 2013 to October 2018. Earlier in a career with Lloyds Banking Group, roles included Head of Communications for Group Operations and Senior Communications Manager across various divisions from August 2009 to January 2013. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Psychology from the University of the West of England and completed further education at Melcrum in 2010.
