Stephanie McGrath

Stephanie McGrath currently serves as Head of Provider Success at Two Front, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Stephanie was Global Head of Training and Education at DentalMonitoring from April 2022 to October 2025 and held the position of Head of Learning and Development at Heartland Veterinary Partners from July 2021 to March 2022. Stephanie's career also includes significant experience at Aspen Dental as Director of Learning and Development from July 2019 to July 2021 and Align Technology from 2007 to July 2019, where roles included Senior Manager, Education Strategy North America, Regional Development Manager, and Territory Manager. Earlier in the career, Stephanie gained valuable experience as a Territory Manager for Dentsply Sirona and BTI Biotechnology Institute and began as a Dental Hygienist in various dental specialties from 2000 to 2004. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Sciences & Technology from Thomas Edison State University and is a candidate for a Master of Education in Adult Education at Penn State University.
