Cameron Maxwell

Cameron Maxwell has had a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Cameron co-founded Two Igloos in 2015, where they developed the consultancy's innovative approach and led global projects for FTSE 500 companies. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Strategy & Innovation Consultant at Market Gravity from 2013 to 2015, where they led a team in designing and testing a new digital pension proposition. Before that, they worked at Cognosis as a Manager from 2012 to 2013 and as a Senior Consultant from 2011 to 2012, where they led various strategic projects for clients. Cameron'searly work experience includes key account management and retail representation roles at Unilever from 2006 to 2009.

Cameron Maxwell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Wilfrid Laurier University, which was completed from 2001 to 2005. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Development Economics and International Development from the University of Bristol, completing it from 2009 to 2010. In 2022, Cameron attended Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, for a postgraduate degree specializing in Strategy and Innovation.
