Rui Soares

Rui Soares began their work experience in 2002 at Fundação Alentejo, where they worked as a Técnico de tecnologia da informação until 2003. Rui then joined Flashinfor Soluções Informáticas Lda in 2005, holding the position of Técnico de tecnologia da informação until 2009. In 2009, they joined AccessPoint Informática, where they worked as a Técnico de Informática until 2021. Currently, Rui Soares is employed at Two Impulse as a DevOps Engineer, starting in August 2021.

Rui Soares is currently an undergraduate student at Universidade Aberta, pursuing a degree in Informatics Engineering from 2019 to 2024. Prior to this, they completed a programming course in Delphi at Softline from 2003 to 2004. Before that, Rui attended Escola Profissional da Região Alentejo from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a Level 4 UE diploma in Maintenance/Informatics Technician.

In addition to their formal education, Rui has also obtained several certifications. Rui completed a Learn C++ Course at Codecademy in November 2021 and acquired the Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in October 2021. Rui also holds the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification attained in September 2021. Most recently, Rui obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification in August 2022.
