This is more than just a job to us - this is our pride, our passion and our purpose.

We are TWO PLUS TWO, and to say that we are experienced quantity surveyors and planners doesn’t quite sum us up. We’re more than just a practice or consultancy: we’re a collective of progressive, tenacious and invested problem-solvers and strategists.

Our knowledge and skill has been refined from years of experience, both good and bad. What we do isn’t magic, but our maturity and insight inspires trust in our clients. We know what works and we share this with others, always advocating for the best possible outcome in any situation and empowering others to act with confidence and authority.

Each person on our team has been hand-picked for their integrity, perseverance, enthusiasm and diverse abilities.

Our Purpose - To show that sometimes there is a better way of doing things. To shake up the status quo and add panache, diversity and personality to a highly valuable and skilful yet underappreciated profession.

Our Vision - To create a lasting legacy within our team and our sector, to set incredible standards for others to follow and provide a breath of fresh air to our industry.

Our Mission - To invest in our people, constantly protect, nurture and enhance our culture and stay true to our values and what matters to us most.
