Our coaches also have expertise in facilitation and training, employee coaching and staff development, and mindfulness-based stress reduction.  We work with students (undergraduate and graduate), young adults, and seasoned professionals seeking assistance with career exploration, updated personal marketing materials, a targeted career search strategy, professional development planning, interview preparation, and career/life transitions, as well as coaching for stress management and work~life balance.  We have a specialty interest in the administration and interpretation of career, personality, strengths, and values assessments.
