Allison Roarty

Allison Roarty is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and diversity initiatives within the tech and finance sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of HR for Engineering at Two Sigma since July 2015, Allison leads HR operations for Engineering and Product organizations while providing HR business partner support to the Chief Technology Officer. Prior roles at Two Sigma include Senior Vice President of HR Business Partner Engineering and Vice President of Senior HRBP Engineering. Previously, Allison worked at Google from October 2010 to July 2015, where responsibilities included managing diversity programs and student development efforts to enhance representation within the tech industry. Earlier career experiences include campus recruitment and HR program management positions at J.P. Morgan, Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions, and Kforce Professional Staffing. Allison holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Gender & Sexuality from New York University.
