Dan Hall

Dan Hall is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading UI engineering teams across various financial institutions. Currently employed at Two Sigma since November 2022, Dan previously held multiple leadership roles at J.P. Morgan from March 2013 to October 2022, including Global UI Engineering Lead and UI Engineering Lead for North America Equities Front Office Applications. Earlier positions include UI Engineering Lead at Merrill Lynch and JPMorgan Chase, where Dan contributed to Equities Derivatives and Securitized Products groups. Dan also served as Chief Technology Officer at Cygnus eTransactions Group, and was a Senior Software Engineer at Kinetics USA, known for innovating self-service check-in technology for airlines. Dan's career began as a Naval Nuclear Power Mechanical Engineer with the US Navy. Dan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida, along with training as a Nuclear Power Plant Operator from Naval Nuclear Power School.
