Grace Gu

Grace Gu currently serves as a Fund Manager at Two Sigma, holding the positions of Managing Director, Portfolio Manager, and Head of Scientific Discretionary since July 2020. Prior to this role, Grace founded Dracaena Capital Management, serving as Chief Investment Officer from November 2017 to June 2020, and was recognized as one of the 50 Leading Women in Hedge Funds by the Hedge Fund Journal in 2017. Grace has also held fund management positions at Graham Capital Management from October 2016 to October 2017, and at BlackRock from 2008 to September 2016, where accolades included a Multi-Strategy Fund of the Year nomination by Absolute Return in 2010, and recognition among the World’s Top 100 Hedge Funds by Bloomberg in 2011. Additionally, Grace worked as a Portfolio Manager at Goldman Sachs from 2006 to 2008, contributing to the firm's flagship Global Alpha Hedge Fund. Grace holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Financial Mathematics, both from Stanford University.
