Jiajun Luo

Jiajun Luo is a Quantitative Researcher at Two Sigma since September 2017, bringing extensive experience from a prior role as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Northwestern University, where research focused on persistent photoconductivity in amorphous semiconductors. Jiajun also served as a Graduate Research Assistant, developing a high-efficiency data collection unit in Python, and as a Teaching Assistant for courses in C++ and MATLAB. Earlier experience includes working as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Peking University, conducting research on Co-doped ZnO, which led to significant findings in magnetism enhancement. Jiajun holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Peking University, with further studies as an exchange student at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
