Marcus Friedman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in transactional law. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Head of Transactional Advisory at Two Sigma since April 2018, Marcus oversees investment activity and manages the legal aspects of private equity and investment strategies. Prior to this role, Marcus held positions at Ropes & Gray LLP as Senior Transactional Counsel and Counsel, and gained additional experience as a secondee at TPG Sixth Street Partners and PIMCO. Earlier career highlights include an associate role at Bracewell & Giuliani LLP and a judicial internship in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
