Shurui Chen

Shurui Chen is currently serving as Vice President of Strategy and Product Development at Two Sigma, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Shurui Chen held various roles at Bain & Company from June 2018 to September 2023, progressing from Summer Associate to Consultant and finally Manager. Before that, Shurui Chen worked as a Business Analyst at Deloitte Consulting from August 2015 to July 2017 and completed a summer internship with Deloitte Consulting LLP in 2014 as a Human Capital Consulting Summer Scholar. Shurui Chen earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computational and Applied Mathematics with a focus on Statistics from Rice University and an MBA from Yale School of Management, with additional academic experience at the University of Oxford.
