Steve Metzger

Steve Metzger is a highly experienced legal professional with a strong background in investment management. Currently serving as Managing Director and Co-General Counsel at Two Sigma Investments since January 2019, Steve Metzger has held multiple senior roles within the firm, including Deputy General Counsel and Associate General Counsel. Prior experience includes significant positions at Two Sigma from 2008 to 2017 as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel, as well as an associate role at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP from 2005 to 2008. Steve Metzger earned a J.D. from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and holds a B.A. in Political Science and American Studies from Tufts University.
