Susan Maron

Susan Maron is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in recruitment and organizational psychology. Currently serving as Managing Director of Human Resources at Two Sigma since 2007, Susan has previously held roles as a PhD and Quantitative Recruiter and Program Manager at Credit Suisse and as Assistant Director of Admissions at Columbia Law School. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wellesley College, a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and certification as an Executive Coach from the College of Executive Coaching, Susan brings a strong educational foundation to their leadership in HR.
