Thandar Peña has extensive experience in recruiting and development, holding various positions at Two Sigma since September 2014, including Campus Recruiting Manager and Campus Recruiter for both Quantitative Research and Engineering. Thandar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychological and Brain Sciences from Dartmouth College.
